Horrible Soles

My husband bought these shoes on a Saturday. The very next Saturday he went for his first long run on trail in these shoes and by the end of the run the sole was beginning to come off. This is his third pair (and I've owned a few pairs myself) of Montrails and our first problem with quality. Now the true test comes...customer service.
